Job Description:

- Teaming with U.S. project teams in providing financial consulting services relating to valuation. Creating/assisting in the development of financial models, analyzing financial statements, conducting industry research and writing comprehensive reports

- Performing various valuation approaches (e.g., income approach, market approach, cost approach) for financial reporting, tax and transaction purposes

- Testing and reviewing valuations performed by company managements or third parties to check reasonableness

- Interacting with internal clients and communicating with employees across various levels in the U.S.

- Preparing proposals and presentations including quantitative (e.g., target screening, financial overview, market sizing, etc.) and qualitative information (e.g., company overview, industry overview, regulatory overview, etc.)

- Assisting internal clients on business development and practice development assignments

- Assisting U.S. India leadership in developing operational and strategic initiatives

- May need to occasionally cross-team with other Deloitte FAS service lines with their engagements

- May need to travel to the U.S. or other countries on short notice

- Excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)

- Ability to chart one's own career and build networks within the organization

- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels

- Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate.

- Interacts with the Client on regular basis through face to face interactions / video conferences / teleconferences / mails to understand the client processes and business problems

- Suggests practical solutions and partners with the Client to implement the solutions

- Manages projects or project modules independently

- Performs account coordination with the clients to build / improve relationship, seek feedback to identify areas of improvement. Seeks information / ideas / establishes relationship with Client to assess any future opportunities for additional business

- Identifies the best industry practices and implements in the engagements

- Define project standards, knowledge of methodologies, and understanding of process improvement initiatives.

- Interacts with clients functional SME's
